To host a Qora Gateway services, you need :

1. Unlimited data Internet services
2. A dynamic DNS services (if no fixed IP)
3. A computer load with Qora software.
4. Electricity bill.
5. A worker to maintain the services.

I have hosted 2 Qora Gateway services :
http://qora.aitway.net:9090 or http://ip.aitway.net:9090
http://tanjongpagar.viewnetcam.com:9090

For my case, to build a Qora Gateway with no additional cost for (1),(3) and (5).
(2) DDNS service have additional cost, need to renew every year. (refer to the picture)
(4) Electricity bill is additional cost, must keep computer ON for 24 hours every day.

With no support from gateway users, it is okay for me. If there is, I will able manage to get Timah or Tim from it. All Timah will be converted to Tim, then all Tim will be converted to Ignis. It is a yearly base support, if the support can cover up the DDNS bill cost, extra Timah and Tim will be donated to buy dogs some food.

How do you know whether I have asked someone to purchase the dog food?

To proof it with any blockchain hash is very simple, for example I found it from my friend's FB :
